TILTLOK SYSTEMS
Here at SPEEDIBOLT we've developed a practical and cost effective solution to the support of concrete tilt-up walls during a fire.

Our TILTLOK Column Ties have been designed and tested to meet the requirements of the Building Code of Australia.

They are available ex stock as part of our range of standard products for the steel fabrication industry.

LIMITATIONS
TILTLOK Column Ties

1. Height of vertical panels must not exceed 9 m.
2. Ties must be less than 2 m from top of panel.
3. Support column spacing not greater than 1 0 m.
4. Vertical panels must be each connected to the supporting columns or designed such that intermediate non-attached panels are all connected.

TILTLOK Deformable Column Ties are designed to provide support to concrete tilt-up walls during a fire. Deformable column ties are now required for buildings incorporating steel portal frames, beams and columns, as part of the Building Code of Australia
 
INSTALLATION DETAILS
TILTLOK Deformable Column Ties have been designed and tested to meet the performance criteria of BCA Specification Cl.1 1 and BHP Structural Steel Development Group Technical Note Issue No.1, March 1995 " Single Storey Steel-framed Buildings - Support of External Walls in Fire".
